Stabilizer bar

Are you looking for a reliable way to support your auxiliary lights on the car? Then the stabilizer bars that we sell are what you need. You can easily mount an stabilizer bar on each auxiliary light, regardless of how many lights you have on your car, the auxiliary lights then get extra support and stability. We sell several different stabilizer bars for auxiliary lights, the most common ones are made of black lacquered steel or stainless steel. They can usually be bent or cut and screwed between the lights and the car's grill to stabilize the lights, increase the durability of the electronics and eliminate the annoying vibrations.

Why are stabilizer bars needed for auxiliary lights?

When installing additional lights on a regular light bracket or a bull bar, you usually also need to install a stabilizer bars. It is to avoid flickering and jumping lights which are disturbing. Even if you mount the lights in a stable bull bar, it can work without a stabilizer bar when driving on smooth asphalt, but when driving on a bumpy dirt road or a bump, the light will still vibrate. A vibrating light pattern becomes extremely annoying and can shorten the life of the lamp.

This is how you install an stabilizer bar

To install an stabilizer bar, you need to follow a few steps:
  1. Preparations. Make sure you have the right tools and equipment before you begin. You may need a screwdriver, a drill, hole marker, screws and nuts.
  2. Placing. Decide where you want to mount the stabilizer bar on your car. They are usually mounted against the car in the grill, under the hood or on a specially designed attachment point. Make sure there is enough space to mount and use the stabilizer bars in the chosen location.
  3. Pre-drill holes. If there are no existing attachment points for the stabilizer bar, you will need to drill holes in the grill/underhood and in the auxiliary light. Place the stabilizer bar in the desired location and use a hole marker to mark where the holes should be drilled. Then drill the holes with a drill that is suitable for the size of the screws.
  4. Attach the bar. Place the stabilizer bar on the holes and use screws and nuts to secure it in place. Make sure the screws are properly tightened to ensure that the bar is stable.
  5. Test and adjust. Once the stabilizer bars are mounted, test the light to ensure that the auxiliary lights are set correctly by locating a long straight stretch and adjusting the direction of the light if necessary, to get the perfect light spread that you desire.
It is important to note that the installation process may vary depending on the type of stabilizer bar and car model you have. If you have any questions, we will be happy to help you!
