TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Payment
Safe online payment with Visa or MasterCard. Our payment forwarder is Svea Bank in Euro and Paypal in other currencies. The transaction is protected according to PCI DSS and 3D Secure.

2. Prices
The current price is listed when you place your order.

3. VAT
Select your country in the top menu to view included or excluded.
EU companies, note your registered VAT number.

4. Freight
Shipping cost depends on weight and destination. Add your items to the cart, go to the checkout, select your country, then you can see how much the freight cost will be.

5. Delivery
Stock items are delivered in 2-7 days. Items are in stock unless otherwise noted in product delivery description.

6. Warranty
In general it is 1 year. 3 months for halogen and 1 month for LED Bulbs. EU Consumer Laws are fully valid.
All warranty is valid from Date of purchase.
Please contact us if any malfunction during warranty time. Defective item only is to be sent back by mail service to below address for replacement. Enclose copy of the receipe. Usually it’s possible to determine correct source of malfunction by replacing with another similar product (change side with ballast f.ex).

7. Non-stock item
Some items may be Non-stock item. This may result in longer delivery times than normal.
For Vool-products that are Non-stock item we do not provide a guaranteed delivery time, although delivery usually takes place within 3-5 weeks. We do not give right of return on order item to companies, to private individuals we reserve the right to charge a fee of SEK 500 including VAT in addition to any shipping charges on cancellation, return or uncollected package of a Vool-product which is a Non-stock item.

8. Return
You have a 30-day return policy - 100% customer satisfaction or your money back.
Return the item in a condition you would accept receiving it in. You are, of course, entitled to open the packaging and test the product. If the returned product is damaged, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount or decline the return. Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days. If you choose to use your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Cancel your purchase here

9. Uncollected parcel
If the parcel is not collected within 7 days from the UPS Service Point, it will be returned to us. We will process a refund for your purchase, minus the shipping costs for both ways.

All information herein or supplied printed manuals are general and the installer must assure that fitting is possible or make such modifications that requires by the individual circumstances. Extraljuskungen can not be hold responsible for any missuse or wrong handling by product or installation. If any doubt of skills, please take advise from profesionals.
