LED is a very cool lighting technology, one of the biggest advantages of LED lighting is its energy efficiency. LEDs create - and thus emit - very little heat, most of the energy goes to producing light, a traditional light bulb emits 90% of its energy as heat. LED (Light Emitting Diodes), produces light much more efficiently and uses 75% less energy than incandescent bulbs to achieve the same amount of light.
