Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the following conditions apply:

• The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
• The product must be unused, intact, and clean.
• Opening the packaging alone does not necessarily prevent a return, as long as the product is unused, intact, and clean.
• Please remember to include a receipt or order confirmation.

In the event of damage to a returned product, we reserve the right to reduce its value or reject the return. Please contact our customer service for further instructions if needed.

Refund

Refunds are normally processed within 5 business days after we have received your return.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to, for example:

• Swetrack GPS-Tracker
• Made-to-order items
• Consumable products
• Custom-cut or custom-made items (e.g. cable) if the seal/plomb has been broken
• Products where otherwise stated

Return Shipping

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
