ARMORTEK EXTREME SYNTHETIC ROPES: The new ultra-strong Armortek Extreme rope is a synthetic winch line developed and manufactured for the toughest winching conditions and the most demanding requirements, and can be fitted to any winch regardless of brand. - Made from Armortek Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene fibers - Double-braided construction - The innermost four meters are equipped with HEAT-shield - Six times lighter than steel cable - Armortek Extreme features a special coating for maximum durability - Armortek is 70% stronger than steel cable - Armortek floats – unlike steel cable - No risk of broken strands causing injury - No loss of strength if the rope crosses on the drum - In the event of breakage, the rope does not whip back - Armortek is pre-stretched and heat-treated - Comes in a lightweight bag These winch ropes have a double-braided construction consisting of a 12-strand core with a tightly woven, heavy-duty outer sheath.
